After logging in, an admin opens Subscription in the sidebar, picks a package, chooses a payment method (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa, bank or card) and confirms. The subscription activates automatically once the payment is verified.
Yes — every new shop gets a 7-day free trial with full access, starting immediately after registration. No payment is required. One trial per shop.
Your data is never deleted. You simply renew from the subscription page — if you renew before expiry, the new period extends from your current end date so no paid days are lost.
No. The system is fully web-based and runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. A barcode scanner and thermal printer are optional add-ons.
Yes. Three roles are built in: cashier (POS, sales, customers), manager (+ inventory, purchases, expenses, reports) and admin (+ users, settings, subscription, audit logs).
Yes. Stock rows are locked during checkout inside a database transaction, so two cashiers can never sell the same last unit.
